Find Who Have Access to Your Google Drive Files

Sometimes we shared files on google drive, and we forget about them! What if you shared file by mistake didn't want to. How to check & review all your sharing files setting? Unfortunately Google doesn't have this feature yet. Still there are many ways to do that some are paid some are not!, here I will show the free once!

Show All Google Drive Files By Quota, and Know Who Have Access to Them

This is manual way simple and efficient, but if you have too many files on google drive it might be a pain in the head. Here's the steps:
  1. Open google drive website.
  2. On the left below corner you will see "Buy more storage", put mouse cursor on the text above it ["1 GB used (5%)" it's an example to what will see ]
  3. A pop up will open, click on that blue exclamation mark [!] next to "Drive"

  4. New page will load, named "Quota". This page will sort all your google drive files by size and name.
  5. Navigate through the list until you see a shared icon next to your files! This means that file is shared. To view whom shared with:
    1.  Right Click and select share...
    2. New pop up will show, from it you can see whose can access this file.

Show All People Who Have Access Your Google Drive Files

This way very easy by using WhoHasAccess website, you can have full list of who have access to your google drive files and which files that are shared with them. Follow the easy steps:
  1. Open WhoHasAccess site.
  2. Click "Scan my Google Drive now".
  3. Sign in with Google Account, and let the website do the work.
Result after waiting for ~10 min:
